You will supervise staff, assist with recruitment and training, and help maintain safety, sanitation, and financial controls in a busy dining environment. This role offers development opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong communication with staff, guests, and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing operations manpower.
• Achieve planned profit levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit card information, gift cards and all guest check payments.
• Assist in recruitment, training and onboarding of new staff.
• Attend Perkins University and complete all coursework.
• Maintain ServSafe certification.
• Support all restaurant functions as needed.
• Ensure menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly.
• Monitor food temperatures during handling to prevent food-borne illness.
• Schedule and staff to meet productivity and service standards.
• Ensure facility and equipment are maintained with safety and sanitation requirements.
• Maintain inventory levels and proper ordering procedures.
• Identify and address system breakdowns to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and review financial reports and assist in meetings.
