Qualifications

• One to two years previous supervisory experience in food service.
• High school diploma; some college or degree preferred.
• Effective communication with staff, guests, and vendors.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
• Achieve planned profit levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit cards, gift cards and payments securely.
• Plan and develop restaurant staffing and training of employees.
• Recruit and orient new hires; oversee training.
• Ensure menu items are prepared to standards and food safety.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and facility upkeep.
• Review financial reports and attend team meetings.
