Perkins Restaurant & Bakery in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee staff, ensure proper cash handling, and help manage schedules, training, and safety standards while upholding the brand's commitment to value and service.

Formación

• One to two years previous supervisory experience in food service.
• High school diploma; some college or degree preferred.
• Effective communication with staff, guests, and vendors.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
• Achieve planned profit levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit cards, gift cards and payments securely.
• Plan and develop restaurant staffing and training of employees.
• Recruit and orient new hires; oversee training.
• Ensure menu items are prepared to standards and food safety.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and facility upkeep.
• Review financial reports and attend team meetings.
