Job summary

• Directs staff to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and a quality work environment.
• Manages payroll, food costs and operating expenses; oversees safety and sanitation.
• Attends unit management meetings and communicates with regional leadership.
• Performs staffing, training, and performance reviews for dining room personnel.
