Job summary

Red Robin in Idaho is seeking an hourly Associate Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts under exempt managerial supervision. You will act as a brand ambassador, drive guest satisfaction, protect assets, and help maximize profits while ensuring product quality and cleanliness.

You’ll be expected to lead a team, complete administrative tasks, and support open/close procedures, scheduling, and inventory, while upholding company standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in an hourly or salaried supervisory capacity in a restaurant or in the retail/hospitality industry preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant during scheduled shifts under the supervision of exempt management.
• Serve as an ambassador of Red Robin’s standards to ensure guest loyalty and brand integrity.
• Resolve guest interactions and contribute to profitability through efficient people, product, and process management.
• Maintain cleanliness, food quality, and safety standards in the restaurant.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and development of Team Members and support open/close procedures.
