Job summary

Red Robin in Meridian, Idaho is seeking an Hourly Shift Supervisor to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management supervision.

As part of the leadership team, you will promote brand standards, resolve guest issues, and strive for guest satisfaction and profit maximization. This role requires 1 year of restaurant experience and flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and ability to effectively supervise peers.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.

Responsibilities
