Job summary

Red Robin is seeking an Hourly Associate Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts under exempt leadership. You will represent brand standards, guide Team Members, and ensure guest satisfaction while maximizing profit and upholding cleanliness and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include managing labor, inventory, and customer service, along with flexible scheduling including opening/closing, weekends, and holidays. 21+ and supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in hourly or salaried supervisory capacity in hospitality or retail/food service suggested.
• Strong leadership, guest service, and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled shifts under exempt management.
• Serve as ambassador of Red Robin brand standards and provide coaching to Team Members.
• Lead guest interactions to ensure satisfaction and uphold safety, sanitation and quality standards.
