Job summary

Red Robin is seeking an Hourly Associate Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled shifts under exempt supervision. As part of the leadership team, you’ll uphold Brand Equity Standards, mentor Team Members, and help maximize profits while maintaining quality and cleanliness.

This role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work openings, closings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in an hourly or salaried supervisory role in restaurant or retail/hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during shifts under exempt management.
• Coach Team Members and ensure guest satisfaction and brand standards.
• Assist with maintaining product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
