Red Robin is hiring Hourly Associate Managers to lead daily restaurant operations during scheduled shifts under exempt management. As part of the leadership team, you will uphold Brand Equity Standards, drive guest satisfaction, and mentor Team Members to enhance performance and guest experiences.

This role requires flexibility to work opening/closing hours, weekends and holidays, with up to 40 hours per week and strong emphasis on safety, sanitation and guest service excellence.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year in an hourly or salaried supervisory capacity in a restaurant or in the retail/hospitality industry preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day to day operations of the restaurant during scheduled shifts under the supervision of exempt management.
• Serve as an ambassador of Company & Brand Equity Standards to ensure guests' loyalty and profit maximization.
• Lead and role-model for Team Members, supporting their ongoing development and guest interactions.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and accurately, aiming to optimize profits and maintain product quality.
• Support FOH/HOH functions and other duties as assigned, and ensure 40 hours per week scheduling.
