Job summary

Red Robin is seeking an hourly Associate Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled shifts under exempt management. You will act as an ambassador of our brand standards, drive guest satisfaction, and help maximize profits while maintaining product quality and cleanliness.

The role requires leadership, flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays, and dedication to safety and team development. Expect 40 hours weekly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year in an hourly or salaried supervisory capacity in a restaurant or in the retail /hospitality industry preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of the restaurant during scheduled shifts under the supervision of exempt management.
• Act as an ambassador of company standards to ensure guest satisfaction and profit maximization.
• Lead team members, support development, and resolve guest issues while maintaining quality and cleanliness.
