Red Robin is seeking an Associate Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations during scheduled shifts under exempt management. You will serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring guest satisfaction, quality, and cleanliness while guiding Team Members to meet company standards.

The position requires at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity in hospitality, a 21+ age minimum, and flexibility for opening, closing, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include PTO, 401k and health coverage where eligible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in an hourly or salaried supervisory capacity in a restaurant or retail/hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant during scheduled shifts under exempt management.
• Provide exemplary guest interactions and uphold brand standards and policies.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Assist with opening, operating, and closing procedures as directed by General Manager.
• Lead and motivate Team Members to deliver world-class guest experiences.
