Red Robin is hiring Hourly Associate Managers to oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts under exempt management. You will lead Team Members, drive guest satisfaction, and protect product quality and cleanliness, while supporting profitability.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and hands-on work, including FOH/HOH duties, with a 40-hour schedule and flexible shifts. 21+ age required; 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Formación

• Must have at least 1 year in a hourly or salaried supervisory capacity in a restaurant or retail/hospitality setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
