• Manage labor, inventory, and supplies; supervise staff and coordinate work.
• Analyze sales, labor, and controllables to meet margin and sales targets.
• Assist in financial planning and local marketing activities.
• Ensure safety, health, and company policies are followed.
• Develop team through training and performance feedback.
• Plan staffing and support RGM in action plan communication.
