Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the restaurant—recognizing and motivating Shift Leaders, Shift Managers and Team Members; coaching and training the team to achieve operational excellence.
• Directly perform hands-on operational work to train employees and role-model skills.
• Assist in managing day-to-day operations by labor, inventory, and supplies control and staff development.
• Supervise others effectively and coordinate their work efficiently.
• Analyze sales, labor, inventory and controllables to meet margin and sales targets.
• Assist RGM in preparing financial plans and action plans for in-store issues.
• Ensure safety codes, health regulations, and company policies are followed and maintained.
• Maintain facility and equipment to company standards daily.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and franchisees.
