Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or lead experience in casual dine restaurant.
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents, and converse with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per policy.
• Assists GM/AGM by supervising day-to-day activities of associates.
• Ensures compliance with all beverage policies and AB procedures.
• Participates in hiring input and staffing decisions for the unit.
• Assigns tasks, prepares schedules, and ensures shifts are covered.
• Ensures rests and meals are taken by associates as required.
• Maintains clean display areas and well-functioning equipment.
• Operates cash register and handles cash per policies and security.
• Monitors wellness and safety procedures and reports concerns.
• Performs Health and Safety activities per policy.
• Places orders, receives goods, and processes invoices.
• Maintains current contact information for associates.
