Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Associate Restaurant Manager in Arlington, VA to assist the Restaurant General Manager and oversee daily operations, staffing and guest satisfaction. The ARM will supervise AGMs, Shift Managers and team members, ensure food safety, and drive adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations and ensures products are consistent with company quality standards.
• Develops and drives restaurant annual operating plan.
• Analyzes sales, labor, inventory and other controllable accounts and takes corrective action to meet margin and sales targets.
• Establishes restaurant speed with service (SWS) targets and monitors performance to resolve bottlenecks.
• Directs HR activities including hiring decisions, training, performance management, compensation and employee relations, up to termination.
• Develops staffing plans and directs crew sourcing activities.
• Monitors facilities and equipment to ensure they are maintained to company standards.
