Job summary

Taco Bell in Lanham, MD is seeking an Associate Restaurant Manager (ARM) to assist the Restaurant General Manager and supervise operations during shifts.

You will drive customer service excellence, maintain company standards, supervise food handling, and help manage financial controls to meet profit targets. The ARM will train crew and screen applicants, with a path to becoming a Restaurant General Manager within 1.5 years.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fast, accurate service and positive guest relations while ensuring products meet company quality standards.
• Analyzes sales, labor, inventory and other controllable accounts and takes action to meet margin and sales targets.
• Oversees weekly schedules and inline HR activities including hiring decisions and training.
• Directs HR activities such as learning zone planning, performance management and employee relations, up to termination.
• Drives customer satisfaction and staff development to achieve restaurant performance goals.
