Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Associate Restaurant Manager in Maryland to support the Restaurant General Manager, cover operating hours, supervise staff, and uphold brand standards.

The ARM will train team members, handle customer issues, and maintain high levels of service while driving profitability and efficiency. This role aims at preparing promotable leaders for the General Manager track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives restaurant annual operating plan.
• Analyzes sales, labor, inventory and other controllable accounts and takes corrective action.
• Trains and mentors subordinates on financial analyses and profitability tips.
• Directs all restaurant level HR activity including hiring decisions and development.
