Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership requirements across supervision of AGMs, Shift Managers and Team Members.
• Strong focus on customer service excellence and guest relations.
• Ability to analyze financials and drive margin and sales targets.
• Experience coaching hourly staff and managing performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fast, accurate service and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Develop and monitor restaurant operating plan and financial performance.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and HR activities for crew and management.
• Lead training and development to prepare staff for higher roles.
• Drive customer satisfaction metrics and manage food safety adherence.
