Main Event Entertainment in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to lead daily operations and guest experiences in a fast-paced, entertainment-driven setting. You will oversee staffing, training, and performance while driving profitability and service quality.

You will guide a team to deliver consistent hospitality, manage COGS and labor, and partner with leadership to implement high-impact initiatives across shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Able to manage cost of goods sold and labor.
• Lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Be available on weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities
