Responsibilities

• Review financial statements, sales, or performance data to measure productivity and goals.
• Prepare staff work schedules and assign duties.
• Implement policies, goals, or procedures as directed.
• Hire and train staff and evaluate performance.
• Handle disciplinary actions with HR support.
• Run staff meetings.
• Observe operations to optimize turnover, productivity, and customer service.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the security system is properly used.
• Support center operations to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Complete and review all inventory reports.
• Process invoices.
