Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, and inspire the team. You’ll lead by example, training, coaching, and recognizing your crew to deliver unforgettable customer experiences.

You’ll work a 50-hour week and step in during the GM’s absence. Responsibilities include driving daily operations, managing cash controls, inventory, labor, and reviewing financial reports to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Ability to train, coach, and recognize team members.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Assist with P&L management, cash controls, and scheduling.
• Commitment to brand standards and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling MIC Success Routine and customer focus.
• Oversee adherence to Shift Excellence, food safety, and Core excellence.
• Lead restaurant operations in GM's absence and collaborate on performance feedback.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Team Members with inclusive practices.
• Support with P&L management, cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support facility maintenance and safety standards.
