• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Model MIC Success Routine to prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Shift Excellence and food safety standards.

• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring Team Members.
• Support Profit & Loss management, cash control, and labor.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Uphold health and safety standards across the restaurant.
