Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in upholding brand standards and inspiring the team. You will lead daily operations, coach employees, manage P&L aspects, and drive exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume restaurant environment.

You will work closely with the GM on performance, training, and hiring, while fostering equity and belonging. A strong leadership presence and a passion for continuous growth are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach and provide feedback.
• Experience with P&L management and cash controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by modeling brand standards and leading by example.
• Oversee shifts and ensure food safety and core excellence in daily operations.
• Collaborate with the GM on performance reviews and hiring processes.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding, promoting equity and belonging.
• Support P&L management, cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Monitor facilities, health and safety compliance, and maintenance.
