Job summary

Taco Bell seeks an Assistant General Manager to be at the heart of our restaurant’s success, supporting the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards, inspiring your team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You’ll lead daily operations in the GM’s absence, manage cash/inventory/labor, and drive improvements while fostering equity and belonging among the crew.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L, cash control and inventory management.
• Strong communication and leadership with coaching focus.
• Experience recruiting and developing talent.
• Commitment to health and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Uphold brand standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee shifts and performance in GM's absence.
• Coach and develop team members; recognise achievements.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Assist with inventory, labor, and cash control.
