Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to uphold brand standards and inspire the team. You will lead by example, train and motivate staff, and take charge of daily operations in the GM's absence. Expect a 50-hour week with 40 hours at regular pay and 10 hours at time and a half.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Experience with P&L management and labor scheduling.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Adherence to health and safety standards.
• Ability to recruit and hire team members.
• Knowledge of Taco Bell policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations in GM's absence.
• Model MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Provide feedback and address employee relations issues.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Team Members; promote inclusion.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management, cash control, security procedures, inventory, and labor.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support GM in facility maintenance and health/safety standards.
