Outback Steakhouse is seeking a restaurant Manager to oversee daily FOH/BOH operations, ensuring presentation, customer experience and leadership. You will recruit, interview and hire staff, while maintaining high employment quality standards and safety compliance.

You will mentor hourly team members, enforce security and sanitation policies, and respond to guest feedback to foster loyalty and a superior dining experience.

Qualifications

• One (1) year previous restaurant management experience.
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum age 21 years.

Responsibilities
