Outback Steakhouse is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee daily FOH/BOH operations, ensuring premier guest experience and high food standards. You will lead staffing, coach hourly team members, and enforce safety and company policies.

You will drive development paths for internal promotion and actively participate as part of the restaurant's management team. The role requires 3+ years of salaried restaurant management, FOH/BOH experience, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years salaried restaurant management experience.
• Hands-on experience in FOH and BOH operations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to relocate within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring while maintaining high employment quality standards.
• Actively participate in the career growth of hourly team members.
• Implement security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Champion development paths for Outbackers to support internal promotions.
• Comply with policies and health standards; ensure inspections meet state standards.
• Provide direction and guidance to employees and be an active member of the management team.
• Respond to guest comments and seek opportunities to grow guest count.
• Set excellent customer service and work examples.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the full menu and preparation.
• Engage in community and market-related opportunities at the restaurant.
