Red Robin is looking for an Hourly Associate Manager to help run daily restaurant operations under exempt management. You will be a leader in customer service, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction and profits.

The role requires a 40-hour week, a 21+ age minimum, and prior supervisory experience in hospitality or retail. Flexible schedules including weekends and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year in an hourly or salaried supervisory capacity in a restaurant or in the retail /hospitality industry preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage day to day operations of the restaurant during scheduled shifts under the supervision of exempt management.
• Act as an ambassador of Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Lead Team Members and contribute to their ongoing development and training.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness; cover opening, closing, and other duties as assigned.
