Job summary

Red Robin is seeking an Hourly Associate Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations during scheduled shifts under exempt management, acting as a leader and brand ambassador to ensure guest satisfaction and profit maximization.

The role requires a minimum 21 years of age, at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity in hospitality, and a high school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred; flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year in an hourly or salaried supervisory capacity in a restaurant or in the retail /hospitality industry preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant during scheduled shifts under exempt management.
• Be an ambassador of Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Schedule and supervise to support a 40-hour work week.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
