Job summary

Red Robin is seeking Hourly Associate Managers to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled shifts under exempt management, serving as ambassadors of our Brand Equity Standards and ensuring high guest satisfaction. You will perform FOH/BOH duties, lead Team Members, schedule 40 hours weekly, and uphold safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies.

Must be 21+, with at least 1 year of supervisory restaurant or hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year in an hourly or salaried supervisory capacity in a restaurant or in the retail /hospitality industry preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation required.
