Job summary

Red Robin is hiring Hourly Associate Managers to lead daily restaurant operations during shifts under exempt management; you will uphold BURGER values and drive guest satisfaction. Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year in an hourly or salaried supervisory capacity in a restaurant or in the retail/hospitality industry preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled shifts under the supervision of exempt management.
• An ambassador of Red Robin values to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Perform FOH/HOH duties as assigned, including food preparation, cooking, cleaning, serving and greeting guests.
• Lead and develop Team Members, ensure safety, sanitation, and security standards, and proper training of staff.
