HMSHost in Memphis Airport is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support branch leadership in executing complex QSR or casual dine operations, ensuring the restaurant is clean, staffed, and ready for business.

The AGM uses policies to make decisions, supervises staff, monitors financials, and upholds health, safety, and AB policies. This on-site role requires varied shifts and a commitment to excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service.
• At least 4 years supervisory or lead experience in casual dine or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, understand instructions, and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures per policy.
• Supervise day-to-day restaurant activities across units or POS.
• Interview, hire, promote, and discipline associates per policy.
• Monitor financial and operational data to meet unit goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and AB policies.
• Schedule staff and manage shift coverage.
• Monitor safety and wellness practices and raise concerns.
