HMSHost Corporation in Memphis Airport seeks an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support restaurant leadership and ensure daily operations meet high standards. You will supervise staff, manage opening/closing, monitor financials, and ensure safety and AB compliance.

Applicants should have 6+ years in F&B with at least 4 years of supervisory experience in Casual Dine, strong customer service skills, and the ability to train and hire teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in food & beverage, cash handling, and customer service.
• Minimum 4 years supervisory or lead experience in Casual Dine.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions and policy documents.

Responsibilities

• Open, daily, and closing procedures per policy.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of staff across units.
• Hire, promote, and discipline staff per company policy.
• Monitor financial and operational data to reach unit goals.
• Ensure safety, AB policy compliance, and HACCP standards.
• Place orders, receive goods, process invoices.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and visually appealing displays.
• Ensure shifts are covered and rest breaks observed.
