HMSHost in Memphis, TN, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring cleanliness, guest satisfaction, safety, and high standards. The AGM will staff, train, schedule, and implement policies across the unit.

You will assist the GM as needed, manage costs and performance, supervise shifts, and promote HMSHost as an employer of choice within the local community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years food & beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum 4 years supervisory or lead experience in Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents; communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within unit.
• Interviews candidates and makes hiring/advancement decisions; promotes HMSHost as employer of choice.
