HMSHost Corporation in Jacksonville Airport is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support branch management in executing complex QSR or casual dining operations. The AGM ensures the restaurant is clean, staffed, and operates to high standards using prescribed policies.

The role requires supervising associates, reviewing financial data, and promoting inclusion while resolving issues and ensuring AB policy compliance. This is a hands-on leadership position.

Qualificações

• Requires minimum 6 years food and beverage experience.
• Minimum 4 years supervisory or lead experience in Casual Dine.
• Ability to work varied shifts including openings and closings.
• Knowledge of HACCP and health/sanitation standards.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Opens, runs, and closes daily operations per policy.
• Supervises staff and coordinates activities across the unit.
• Participates in hiring decisions and staff development.
• Monitors financial and operational data to hit targets.
• Ensures AB procedures and safety compliance are followed.
• Maintains clean, well-stocked, customer-ready dining areas.
