HMSHost in Denver International Airport is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support branch management in delivering high-standard QSR or Casual Dine operations. The AGM ensures the restaurant is clean, staffed, and ready for business, while following company policies and procedures.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, excellence in customer service, and the ability to interpret financial data to meet unit goals. A varied rotating schedule is typical at this location.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 6 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Requires minimum 4 years supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, comprehend instructions and policy documents; communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per company policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within defined units or POS.
• Interviews candidates, makes hiring/advancement decisions; promotes HMSHost locally.
• Reads financial/operational data and assigns staff to meet unit goals.
• Ensures adherence to health/safety standards and company AB policies.
• Manages schedules, ensures shifts are covered and breaks are observed.
