Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for Taco Bell in Chino, CA. This role supports the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations, ensuring brand standards, and delivering exceptional results.

The AGM will coach teams, manage shifts, emphasize safety and compliance, and contribute to financial goals while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and maintain a current health card per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation, clear criminal background check, and acceptable MVR.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Lead shifts, ensuring timely completion of tasks with quality assurance.
• Team Leadership: Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to focus on customer experience.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain health and safety adherence to OSHA regulations.
• Training & Development: Assist in leadership development plans and provide feedback.
• Recruiting & Onboarding: Collaborate to identify staffing needs and onboard new hires.
• Financial Performance: Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Customer Experience: Deliver 5-star service and high customer satisfaction.
• General Manager Support: Assist GM in daily restaurant operations.
