Job summary

Red Robin is seeking an Associate Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, supervise team members, and uphold brand standards. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, profit optimization, and compliance with safety and training protocols.

The Associate Manager is expected to work a 40-hour week with a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends, and holidays. The position requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage cash handling and staff

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year in an hourly or salaried supervisory capacity in a restaurant or in the retail /hospitality industry preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant during scheduled shifts under the supervision of exempt management.
• As part of the leadership team, serve as ambassador of Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Contribute to ongoing development of Team Members and resolve guest interactions to optimize satisfaction and profitability.
• Be scheduled for 40 hours per week with flexibility for opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
