Red Robin is seeking an Hourly Associate Manager to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts under the supervision of exempt management. This role serves as an ambassador of our BURGER values and a mentor to Team Members, with a target of 40 hours per week.

You will uphold culture, integrity, and safety, handle guest interactions, assist with cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and ensure quality, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations.

Qualificações

• Must have at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year in an hourly or salaried supervisory capacity in a restaurant or in the retail /hospitality industry preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled shifts under exempt management.
• Act as ambassador of Red Robin culture and brand standards to guests and team members.
• Support scheduling, labor management, inventory, food safety, and maintaining cleanliness and product quality.
