Job summary

Red Robin is seeking an Hourly Associate Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations during scheduled shifts under the supervision of exempt management. You will be a leader in guest interactions, ensuring product quality, cleanliness, and adherence to standards while maximizing profits.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory capacity in hospitality or retail, 21+ years old, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year in an hourly or salaried supervisory capacity in a restaurant or retail/hospitality industry preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled shifts under exempt management.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution; optimize profits and product quality.
• Manage labor and costs, schedule staff, and oversee opening/closing procedures.
• Perform FOH/HOH duties and support team members as needed.
