Red Robin is seeking an Associate Manager to lead daily restaurant operations during scheduled shifts. You will be a liaison between guests, Team Members and exempt management to uphold brand standards and drive profitability.

The role requires 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality, a 21+ age, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. You will contribute to training, safety and guest satisfaction, with a focus on teamwork and excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in an hourly or salaried supervisory capacity in a restaurant or in the retail/hospitality industry preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled shifts under exempt management.
• Serve as a leadership ambassador and model company values to guests and Team Members.
• Schedule labor, order and receive goods and services, and monitor inventory.
• Maintain food quality, safety, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise FOH/BOH duties and support ongoing team development.
