Job summary

Zaxby's SPE Franchisor LLC in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations. You’ll report to the General Manager and ensure every guest has a great visit while keeping the location running to standard.

You will train, coach, and develop the team, manage shifts, uphold safety and food quality, and drive performance to meet location goals. This is an hourly, non-exempt leadership role.

Qualifications

• Complete required training including development plans and certifications.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance.
• Maintain service standards and policies on shift.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cleanliness across all areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and manage staff on shift.
• Monitor guest experience and resolve issues promptly.
• Uphold policies, procedures, and service expectations.
• Coordinate with GM to meet location goals and forecasting.
• Maintain records and manage inventories as needed.
