Job summary

Zaxby's SPE Franchisor LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager - Restaurant Operations in Mocksville, NC. This hourly, non-exempt leadership role reports to the General Manager and oversees daily operations to deliver a great guest experience across floor, kitchen, and counter.

You will lead a team, manage shift flow, train staff, and uphold safety and company policy compliance while driving area goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership qualities, organizational skills, and the ability to work well with others.
• Prior leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure guest experiences meet standards.
• Maintain service speed, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Plan and delegate shift assignments and schedules.
• Support sales forecasting and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
