Job summary

Zaxby’s SPE Franchisor LLC is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, uphold brand standards, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Reporting to the General Manager and owners, you will train teammates, schedule shifts, monitor safety, and coach the team toward quarterly goals while maintaining compliance with policies.

This role requires flexibility, a 32-hour minimum, and strong leadership in a fast-paced hospitality environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete training requirements including: Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan and Basic Operations Training; Food Safety Certification and Manager Certification.
• Enhance guest experiences by coaching team, ensuring service quality, and addressing guest concerns promptly.
• Plan and delegate shift assignments, communicate expectations, and monitor performance to meet quarterly goals.
• Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies, and legal requirements.
• Create and maintain a positive culture and mentor team members; report performance concerns to the General Manager.
