Job summary

Jack in the Box in Spokane is seeking a Restaurant Manager to run daily operations, uphold the Service Profit Chain and Brand Promise, and develop the team to deliver outstanding guest service and high-quality food.

You will lead recruiting, training, scheduling, and compliance while driving sales and profitability, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that motivates staff and satisfies guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Internal Promote: Minimum of 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager and/or 2 years experience as a First Assistant Manager; must be 100% certified in all workstations.
• External Recruit: Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Internal Service: Recruit, train, and develop restaurant employees, ensure staffing levels, and promote internal candidates for management.
• External Service: Deliver exceptional guest service and food quality, train the team, and maintain brand standards and safety.
• Sales & Profits: Analyze performance data, drive sales and profitability, monitor costs, and ensure budget adherence.
