Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation to influence profitability.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing inventory costs and regular inspections.
• Oversee cash control and security procedures and asset management.
• Coach and develop Shifts Coordinators and Team Members to improve performance.
• Direct operations to ensure speedy, accurate product prep and service.
• Perform Hourly Shift Coordinator duties as needed to cover shifts.
