Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.

• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation to influence profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead profitability efforts through inventory control, ordering, and asset management.
• Direct guest service to meet fast, accurate, friendly standards.
• Coach Shifts Coordinators and Team Members to raise performance.
• Oversee operations to ensure timely preparation and sale of products.
• Perform Shift Coordinator duties when necessary.
