Taco Bell Corp. is seeking an Associate Restaurant Manager in our Hammonton, NJ location to assist the Restaurant General Manager with daily operations and supervision of staff.

The ARM will focus on delivering excellent customer service, upholding food quality and safety standards, and driving financial performance. The role requires promoting to RGM within about 18 months, with hands-on training and coaching to develop leadership and managerial capabilities across operations, HR, and profit

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance.
• Promotable to Restaurant General Manager within 1.5 years.
