Job summary

Taco Bell in Mount Laurel, NJ is hiring an Associate Restaurant Manager (ARM) to assist the Restaurant General Manager and supervise daily operations. You will drive customer service, ensure product quality and comply with food safety standards while maintaining financial controls.

This role develops staff, builds talent for future RGM promotion and provides hands-on leadership across shifts. Compensation includes the stated wage range plus benefits and opportunities for bonus based on store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.
