Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Manchester, TN to drive operational excellence, guest service, and process execution. You will supervise hourly team members, manage safety, quality, and adherence to company policies while partnering with the General Manager.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, monitoring costs, reviewing financials, and fostering community relationships, with a focus on delivering great hospitality and consistent results.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years restaurant management experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and guest service, ensuring hospitality excellence.
• Manage staffing needs, interview candidates, and supervise training.
• Monitor safety/compliance with SERV Safe, OSHA, HACCP, and PCI standards.
• Oversee budgeting, cost controls, and inventory management.
• Communicate policies and coach team members on performance.
